I am Teresa, your new SoulNar practitioner. I would be honoured to facilitate your relaxation and healing through the age old methods of sound and energy work. 

 

Ever since I can remember I have been drawn to helping others. My working career has seen me traverse various roles from office administration to primary school teacher as well as being a full time working mother of three beautiful girls. However, it was only after completing my intensive training in Reiki I and continuing my studies to graduate in Reiki II, that I realised working with healing energy was my soul’s purpose. 

 

In addition to Reiki, my training in SoulNar Sound Energy Healing Therapy allows me to provide another layer of healing to help guide my clients to live the peaceful, happy, healthy and productive/successful life they long for. Why SoulNar? Everything moves and has frequency. Our ancestors knew this and were tuned in to the effects sound has on healing the body and mind. SoulNar Sound Healing Energy Therapy combines a sequence of specific frequencies, breath work and hands on healing in a powerful one hour session. It is very safe and non evasive. “Future medicine will be the medicine of frequencies” - Albert Einstein. 

 

What happens in your session? In your SoulNar session I will work on clearing your energetic and emotional fields using breath work through your chakras. A 432hz crystal bowl and 528hz energy bar chimes are then played in a specific sequence around your body to calm, soothe, and repair. Tingsha bells are used to tone, release blockages and allow energy flow.  All you have to do it relax and allow the frequencies to heal.
