At some point in our life, most of us ask the questions, who am I? Why am I here? What should I be doing with my life?

Human Design is a powerful self-awareness tool that can help people find the answers to these important questions and guide them back to their authentic selves. It helps people understand how they have been conditioned away from their true self and how this has created energy blocks, limiting beliefs and in some cases trauma. Human Design is a tool that supports people in spotting how their life events may have created distortions in their energy field and how their energy flow and personal sense of power have been lost through these experiences.

When we can identify the underlying patterns of how our thoughts, beliefs and childhood experiences have shaped us as adults we become aware of the emotional energy charge that is triggered by past cellular memories and lingers in our biology. This is the story of who we overidentify with. When we discover our unique energy map through the lens of Human Design we can learn how to change those thought patterns and beliefs and as a result change the story of our life and reclaim our personal power.

 

My collaboration with Samantha, in divine timing, aligns perfectly with energy healing and my belief "everything is energy". Every individual has a unique blueprint, just like a fingerprint. This blueprint comprises nine energy centres, or chakras, and 64 hexagrams that represent different aspects of your personality and life path. Each person's design is a combination of these centres and hexagrams, and no two designs are exactly alike.

As someone who has personally experienced the transformative power of Human Design, I know firsthand the potential it holds for healing and growth. By understanding our energetic makeup, we can make more informed choices and live a life that is aligned with our true purpose.
