Healing means wholeness, thus to heal on all levels, we must consider all aspects of optimum health. Our bodies have an intuitive language to communicate with us. If we learn to listen to our body's natural wisdom and act on its messages such as ailments, aches, pain, blockages, feelings and emotions, our wellbeing will improve and we will experience happiness, peace, clarity and empowerment on all levels.


The first step to healing is awareness of the body’s messages. The next step is acting to process the body’s message in the form of healing. This is then followed by integration of the healing and transformation.


As an energy healer, I educate and guide my clients to listen to their body and follow its intuition. I believe that everyone holds the key to their own healing and optimum well-being. Below is a meditation to tune into your body. You can use this meditation daily to focus on specific problems or to heal your whole body.


MEDITATION TO TUNE INTO YOUR BODY


Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down. Close your eyes and take three deep breaths right up through the crown of your head and right down through the soles of your feet into the crystal grids at the centre of Mother Earth.


Take another deep breath and visualise your heart opening like a beautiful lotus flower with a luminous light in the centre. This light expands throughout your body with every new breath. Allow your mind and body to relax.


Focus on an area in your body that feels blocked, has aches or pain. Breathe into the area for a few moments, and then place your hands on that area.


Ask your body, ‘Do you have any message you want to give me?’


Take a few deep breaths focusing on that area as you allow any messages to come to the surface.


Write this message down.


Say: ‘I call on The Source of all That Is (or what you refer to as your Spiritual Counsel) to release all pain, blockages and any negative emotions and trauma associated with this pain from this part of my body as it no longer serves me.’


Allow yourself to watch and feel as dense energy leaves your body.


Say: ‘I call on The Source of all That Is (or whatever you refer to as your Spiritual Counsel) to send unconditional love and healing energy to this part of my body. I command that my body returns to a state of optimum health.’


Visualise a gold light infusing through your body and repairing it. Breathe in continuously for a minute, allowing this golden healing energy to build and repair.


When you feel lighter gently bring your awareness back and open your eyes, knowing that you have activated your own Divine Healing Source.
