The Sanskrit word Chakra translates to wheel or disc in which energy or life force flows through us. Chakras are energy centres that govern various aspects of our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. These energy centres allow us to remain balanced on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. However, it is so common now to find imbalances or blockages in our chakras due to past trauma, stress, self-sabotaging habits, and life’s chaotic energy. If left unchecked, these imbalances can turn into more serious physical, emotional ailments or illnesses.

Each chakra is associated with a particular location, colour, function and vibrational frequency. By further understanding the 7 Chakra system we can find balance in our physical health and discover powerful energy outside of our bodies to connect us directly to Source.

Join us for Series of 7 Chakra Healing Workshops and learn about your body’s energy vortexes. Each workshop we deep dive in each one of the 7 Chakras and where and how their energy is flowing between physical and etheric body. Chakras are fundamental to understanding our holistic healing and these 7 workshops will guide you how to balance and heal your chakras with self-love, connection and ritual using crystals, essential oils, meditations, oracle, affirmations, colour, foods, physical and emotional healing and self-care rituals.

At each workshop, you’ll experience a cleanse of your energetic body and the keys to an integrated and holistic approach to self-transformation and greater connection to your body’s wisdom, which is also your soul’s wisdom, for a vitality and authentic way of living, plus a comprehensive Chakra Workbook and be nourished with herbal teas.

Our fifth workshop will focus on the Throat Chakra which is located in the centre of your throat and is the energy centre of verbalising your truth and desires, sound, sense of hearing, and expression and communication in all forms; verbal, nonverbal, internal and external. In this workshop, you will learn about the Throat Chakra and be guided through practices with sacred tools to nourish and balance this chakra such as crystals, essential oils, meditations, oracle, affirmations, foods and colour. This workshop will be supported with a guided Throat Chakra Meditation by Deanne from Beaches Healing to tune into this chakra and listen to your body’s messages, plus a Throat Chakra Tibetan Sound Bath by Silvana from Moksha Guidance to balance this chakra.

In this fifth in a series of 7 Chakra Workshops we will explore all your questions and issues that can occur when this fifth chakra is not balance. Deanne and Silvana will teach you how to clear, balance, and ground your Throat Chakra energy.

Deanne and Silvana are both holistic intuitive energy healers and believe that everyone holds the key to their own healing and optimum well-being. Through healing and activating the body’s subtle energy system, blockages caused by trauma, stress or shock can be removed. By releasing these energetic blockages, you will experience the body’s inherent ability to heal and come into balance.
