Our world is full of high-energy vibrations. Many of you may already be aware of the 7 major chakras or energy points found within your body. In our 12 Chakra Workshops we will go beyond the 7 major chakras to explore the 12-Chakra System that includes 5 additional chakras found outside of your physical body and into your energetic sphere.

The Sanskrit word Chakra translates to wheel or disc in which energy or life force flows through us. Chakras are energy centres that govern various aspects of our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. These energy centres allow us to remain balanced on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. However, it is so common now to find imbalances or blockages in our chakras due to past trauma, stress, self-sabotaging habits, and life’s chaotic energy. If left unchecked, these imbalances can turn into more serious physical, emotional ailments or illnesses.

Each chakra is associated with a particular location, colour, function and vibrational frequency. By further understanding the 12-Chakra system we can find balance in our physical health and discover powerful energy outside of our bodies to connect us directly to Source.

Join us for Series of 12 Chakra Healing Workshops and learn about your body’s energy vortexes. Each workshop we deep dive in each one of the 12 Chakras and where and how their energy is flowing between physical and etheric body. Chakras are fundamental to understanding our holistic healing and these 12 workshops will guide you how to balance and heal your chakras with self-love, connection and ritual using crystals, essential oils, meditations, oracle, affirmations, colour, foods, physical and emotional healing and self-care rituals.

At each workshop, you’ll experience a cleanse of your energetic body and the keys to an integrated and holistic approach to self-transformation and greater connection to your body’s wisdom, which is also your soul’s wisdom, for a vitality and authentic way of living, plus a comprehensive Chakra Workbook and be nourished with tea and treats.

GET EARTHED – EARTH STAR CHAKRA WORKSHOP

Our first workshop will focus on the Earth Star Chakra! Our Earth Star Chakra is located 15 - 30 cm below your feet and is what grounds you and connects you to Mother Earth. The Earth Star and the two chakras in the soles of your feet form a downward pointing triangle which channels Divine energy through your physical body and into the ground, thereby creating your oneness with the Earth’s life force. As a physical being on Earth, you have a unique connection with the Ascending Earth, and to All That Is. Your Earth Star Chakra is your personal link the Earth’s life force, to the crystalline grid, and to the Divine light contained within the Earth.

In this workshop, you will learn about the Earth Star Chakra and be guided through practices with sacred tools to nourish and balance this chakra such as crystals, essential oils, meditations, oracle, affirmations, foods and colour. This workshop will be supported with a guided Earth Star Chakra Meditation by Deanne from Beaches Healing to tune into this chakra and listen to your body’s messages, plus an Earth Star Chakra Tibetan Sound Bath by Silvana from Moksha Guidance to balance this chakra.

In this first in a series of 12 Chakra Workshops we will explore all your questions and issues that can occur when this first chakra is not balance. Deanne and Silvana will teach you how to clear, balance, and ground your Earth Star Chakra energy.

Deanne and Silvana are both holistic intuitive energy healers and believe that everyone holds the key to their own healing and optimum well-being. Through healing and activating the body’s subtle energy system, blockages caused by trauma, stress or shock can be removed. By releasing these energetic blockages, you will experience the body’s inherent ability to heal and come into balance.
