Wellness with Ideal Indulgence – Jane is Wellness and Nutrition Coach, Reiki Master Teacher, Crystal and Sound Healer, Kids Yoga and Meditation Teacher. As an Energetic Wellness Consultant, she uses a range of modalities incorporating reiki, crystals and meditation with sound healing using magical crystal singing bowls from Peru. Jane connects the healing of spirit to the body, focusing on health by translating emotions and the subconscious into how they manifest into the physical body issues, food intolerances, stress indicators, problems with muscles and bones. She uses herbs, essential oils and recommend natural alternatives to heal many common issues and loves to work with clients to shift problematic energy and make space for the new from a place of peace and wellness. Ani is an experienced Clairvoyant and Angel Intuitive, who brings much love and wisdom to all her readings.
